SGSecure: Singapore's Community Safety App
SGSecure is Singapore’s community response to the threat of terrorism, aiming to enhance the resilience of the community and protect Singapore's way of life. The app allows users to send videos, photos, and incident details to authorities for suspicious activities. It also provides timely alerts during emergencies, security updates, and advisories. Additionally, users can activate a Personal SOS feature to contact the Police via SMSfor emergency assistance and share their approximate location.
The app enables users to report emergency situations, receive alerts for nearby cardiac arrests and minor fires, and locate the nearest Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Recently updated, the app now offers an enhanced user experience with a redesigned interface.
